What we do

Services

Each engagement is a written scope with a fixed fee, quoted after a scoping conversation. The pieces below are how the work is usually packaged.

Operations review

We walk through how work actually moves through your company — not the organisation chart, the real path — and write down where time and money leak.

Who it is for

Owner-managed companies that have grown past informal, in-the-head routines.

What you leave with

  • A written current-state map
  • A short list of leaks, ordered by impact

Duration: About two weeks

Process and workflow design

We design the routines your team can follow without you in the room. Owners, handoffs and exceptions are written down, not left in someone's head.

Who it is for

Teams that still need the owner to unblock every exception.

What you leave with

  • A one-page SOP set
  • Named owners, handoffs and exception paths

Duration: Four to six weeks

Digitalisation roadmap

We help you choose tools that fit the work, in the right order. You get a roadmap, not a shopping list of software.

Who it is for

Companies that have been sold software before the work was designed.

What you leave with

  • A 12-month tool roadmap with sequence and owners
  • What to keep, what to drop, and what can wait

Duration: Four to six weeks

Customer-service setup

We set up the front line so enquiries are logged, owned and closed. Your customers get a consistent answer, and you get a quieter telephone.

Who it is for

Teams whose enquiries live in a shared inbox, WhatsApp, or someone's phone.

What you leave with

  • A reply-time standard and saved-reply library
  • A simple log and ownership rule

Duration: Four to six weeks

Vendor selection

We run a short, scored comparison so you can choose a vendor with your eyes open — and without a sales process driving the decision.

Who it is for

Owners about to sign for a system, an agency, or an operations contractor.

What you leave with

  • A shortlist with scoring
  • Questions to ask before you sign

Duration: About two weeks

Compliance readiness

We help you put the records and routines in place before someone asks for them — a workable baseline, not a generic policy pack.

Who it is for

Small professional firms and trading companies that need a workable baseline.

What you leave with

  • A readiness checklist and record templates
  • A simple cadence the team can keep

Duration: Ongoing by the quarter

How engagements are priced

Every engagement has a written scope and a fixed fee, quoted after a scoping conversation. We ask for half at the start and half on delivery. There is no obligation to proceed after we have spoken.

Questions we are often asked

How long does an engagement take?

An operations review is usually about two weeks. Process design and similar work often runs four to six weeks. Some readiness work is ongoing by the quarter. The written scope states the duration before we begin.

Do you only work with companies in Hong Kong?

Yes. We work with owner-managed companies based in Hong Kong. Delivery is in English and Traditional Chinese.

Will you run the company for us?

No. We design and embed routines your team can run. We stay for the first cycle where that is part of the scope; we do not take over operations long-term.

Do we have to buy new software?

No. Tools follow the work. If a tool is warranted we will say so, with a sequence and owners. We do not sell software and we do not take referral fees.

What happens after we send an enquiry?

We reply within one working day on Hong Kong time. If it looks like a fit, we book a 30-minute call, then send a written scope and fee. There is no obligation.

A short conversation is enough to see whether we can help.
